Reviews and Ratings
I had an very nice experience at the Colony Palms, where the staff went out of their way to make my birthday trip special, greeting me with champagne and an upgrade. However, the dining experience at the restaurant fell short, which was disappointing compared to my expectations. The hotel's atmosphere and beautiful grounds provided a perfect retreat, even if some amenities could be improved.
My stay at Colony Palms was a mix of wonderful experiences and a few disappointments. The lush grounds and charming aesthetics truly make you feel like you're in an oasis, while the service was consistently attentive and friendly. The room could’ve been a bit brighter and fresher, but the comfortable bedding made up for it. Dining at Purple Palm was a highlight, though the dining experience could be improved with quicker service at times.
I had a wonderful stay at the Colony Palms Hotel, enjoying the beautiful pool area and the peaceful ambiance. The staff was attentive and made me feel welcomed, contributing to a nice experience. However, I did experience some disappointment with the food quality at the restaurant, especially during breakfast. Overall, the hotel is charming and well-maintained, but the dining options could use improvement.
I had a lovely stay at The Colony Palms Hotel, admiring the beautiful grounds and enjoying the relaxing pool area. The atmosphere was charming and distinctive, capturing the essence of old-school Palm Springs. However, I found the drinks a bit pricey and the poolside service could use some improvement. Overall, it was a good experience, but it could definitely be refined in certain areas.
I had a wonderful time at The Colony Palms Hotel! The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, perfect for a couple's getaway, though I did have some issues with pool seat reservations. The staff embodied excellent service, making every interaction feel special. Overall, while there were a few hiccups, the charm and comfort of the hotel really shone through.
